Ashdown Business Park, Uckfield

We acquired this prominent corner plot of a new Business Park adjacent to the A22 near Uckfield in East Sussex, successfully gaining planning consent to change the employment use to allow our proposed development. The scheme includes an 80 Bedroom Premier Inn Hotel and a Costa Drive Thru. The completed investment was acquired by BAE Systems Pension Funds Trustees Ltd.
