Located in the heart of this new town development on a former Battle of Britain Airfield, our clients acquired this brownfield site. Planning consent was gained for this Art Deco designed store to compliment the nearby listed Airfield Control Tower. A long lease was agreed with Waitrose and the completed investment sold to Aberdeen Asset.
