We have successfully secured detailed planning permission for a comprehensive redevelopment comprising a new Aldi food store, 43 one- and two-bedroom retirement apartments, and 16 private houses ranging from one to four bedrooms.

The scheme will regenerate a brownfield site, delivering new retail facilities and a range of housing to meet local needs.

Enabling and construction works are scheduled to commence in early 2027.
